For a "Pre-Listing Purge," I can typically make a massive visual impact in a 4 to 8-hour session. For larger "Home Resets" (like my recent 4-week Madison project), we schedule phases. If you have a photographer coming on Thursday, call me by Monday!
I follow the "Ripple Effect." I don't just leave bags on the curb.
● I help the client sort into Keep/Toss/Donate.

I do not handle biohazards, mold, or unsecured weapons. This protects everyone. If a home requires professional remediation before I can organize, I will let you know immediately so we can get the right experts involved.
I prefer to "shop the house" first to save the client money! If we do need new organizing containers to get a pantry, closet, or room looking absolutely "Show-Ready," we have two easy options to fit the schedule:
- Option 1: The Supply Account (Most Popular) You/Client can establish a $100.00 cash supply account for the project. I will use this balance to hand-pick and purchase the perfect containers for the space while I'm out prepping. If there is a remaining balance when our services are complete, you/client will get every single dollar of that cash back!
- Option 2: The Custom Shopping List If your client prefers to do the shopping themselves, I will put together a curated shopping list of the exact container sizes and styles their space needs, and the client can purchase the storage containers at their convenience.
