Key Business Policies & Guidelines

When we partner together on a project, we block out dedicated dates and times exclusively for your home or business. Because we limit the number of active projects we take on at any given time, this ensures you receive our absolute best focus, energy, and care.

We know that life gets messy and true chaos happens—people get sick, emergencies pop up, and last-minute appointments are unavoidable. To accommodate the unexpected while respecting everyone's time, we use the following policy: 

The very first time a last-minute conflict arises and you need to reschedule a scheduled day, there will be absolutely no charge. We will simply find the next available date to get your project back on track.

If a scheduling conflict happens again and you are unable to provide at least a 24-hour notice before our scheduled arrival time, a fee equivalent to a full day of work (calculated at $30.00 per hour) will be applied to your invoice.

If an emergency or illness happens on our end and we are unable to be at your house when scheduled, we will make that day up to you as a priority, at absolutely no extra cost to your project.

For multi-day or comprehensive resets, payments are collected on a weekly basis. For example, if our work begins on a Monday, the payment for that week's completed hours or flat-rate milestone will be collected on Friday.

For shorter resets and quick transformations, payment terms are handled on a case-by-case basis. We will establish and agree upon your specific payment schedule during our initial consultation before work begins.

To secure your dates on our calendar, most of our services require a 50% deposit of the total estimated price quoted during your initial walk-through consultation.

For short-term or multi-day projects, your remaining balance will be handled according to our standard payment terms (weekly on Fridays collection for projects over 4 days, or on a case-by-case basis for shorter timelines).

Venmo and Cash.  As we grow, we will take other forms of payment in the future.  We do not take personal checks

We utilize a professional digital logging application called Hours Tracker: Time Calculator to track our exact labor. We clock in when we arrive at your property and clock out when our workday concludes.

The application automatically calculates our exact working hours and corresponding pay. At any point during your project, we can export this official time sheet as an Excel or CSV file and email it directly to you for your records.

We routinely take "Before, During, and After" photos of our active workspaces. These internal photos serve as a vital blueprint to help us track the progress of the project, plan organizational systems, and ensure items can be returned exactly where they belong if needed. They are also a wonderful way for you to see the incredible transformation of your space!

During our initial walk-through consultation, we will discuss whether you are comfortable allowing us to use before-and-after photos on our website or social media platforms to showcase our work to future clients.

If you grant us permission, we will provide a standard media release form for you to fill out. We strictly guarantee that no identifying markers (such as family photos, mail, addresses, or unique valuables) will ever be visible in our public photos or videos.

If privacy is a concern for you, simply let us know. We will happily opt you out, and no photos or videos of your project will ever be uploaded or shared publicly.
